About Us
At FoxesFans.net, our mission is to deliver the best live and archived video streaming of Hamilton County Foxes sporting events. Based in McLeansboro, Illinois, we focus primarily on basketball, but also bring you some volleyball, and football in an effort to provide fans with an experience that is the next best thing to attending the game in person. Yes, we might be bias, and yes, we could be labeled by some as "homers" but remember, we are also Foxes Fans just like you! The vision of FoxesFans.net began as a hobby and a passion of Danny Anselment, who was the primary broadcaster until his unexpected passing. His friends, Billy Rockett and Randy Olson were determined to keep the service going, with the blessing of Clare Anselment and their family.
Billy has now engaged several Hamilton County students to assist in doing actual broadcasts, which is producing a new generation of FoxesFans behind the microphone and the camera. We believe that Danny would be proud of where it is today. Just remember that we are human, so we can not always be there to provide streaming at every athletic event home and away. We have family commitments and other events in our lives too, which sometimes take priority. But as Danny used to always say: "Some is better than None."
